RO Repair & Service Terms and Conditions – Kolkata
- Service Scope
Our service covers RO repair, maintenance, installation, filter and membrane replacement for all major RO brands.
Services are provided at the customer’s doorstep within Kolkata and nearby areas.
- Appointment & Scheduling
Service appointments must be booked via call, WhatsApp, or online booking.
Same-day service depends on availability of technicians and parts.
Any rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately after service completion.
We accept cash, UPI, or online payment methods.
All prices are inclusive of parts and labor unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty & Guarantee
Repairs done with genuine parts carry a warranty of 30–90 days depending on the part replaced.
Services performed are covered under our workmanship guarantee.
Warranty is void if the device is tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
- Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damages not caused by our service.
Any accidental damages caused during service will be reported and addressed promptly.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the RO unit for repair or maintenance.
All instructions for proper operation and maintenance must be followed to keep warranty valid.
- Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation within 24 hours of booking may attract a nominal fee.
Refunds for parts already replaced are not applicable unless defective.
- Emergency & After-Hours Service
24/7 emergency support is available. Additional charges may apply for after-hours service.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be addressed in Kolkata jurisdiction.
